The AltaML Chapter

Forward-deployed AI product work.

Since 2025, I've shipped agentic AI products across seven industries: commercial mortgage underwriting, homebuilding, general contracting, private equity, trucking, metal fabrication, and engineering consulting. I go on-site, live in the customer's workflow, and ship something that actually changes how they work.

How I build these

Shadow Users

Learn the workflow firsthand

Identify Problems

Prioritize by impact, time, and risk

Nail the Evals

Define how to measure trust

Build a Prototype

Ship fast, gather real feedback

Experiment

Test the backend against ground truth

Deploy in Phases

Ship highest-impact features, then measure

Plus the job every PM does: point of contact between the client's leadership and AltaML's, leading the developers on each build, running discovery through deployment.

The work

Seven industries. Seven shipped agentic products.

2,000 Push-Ups, 20 Days, $12K Raised

2,000 people worldwide die by suicide every day. I organized a company challenge to raise money and awareness for mental health: 2,000 push-ups in 20 days. Got 40 people to sign up, raised $12K.

Internal Tooling Hackathon Pitch

An internal hackathon to make the company more productive. Our team built a tool that searches past projects across Drive and GitHub so nobody re-solves a problem someone already cracked. Made a Fight Club themed pitch video for it. Won Audience Favourite.

“Building stuff is getting easier. The moat is figuring out what to build and distribution: getting it in front of the people who actually need it.”
